Minutes of Thirtieth General Body Meeting

Minutes of the 30th Meeting held on 9th February, 2005.

The 30th monthly meeting of senior citizen welfare association was held on 9th February, 2025 in the Senior Citizen Welfare Association Bhavan office at 4:00 PM.

The following agenda was discussed and resolutions were passed in the meeting.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING.

Our 30th General Body Meeting was held at Senior Citizen Bhavan on 9th February 2025 at 4 pm under the Chairmanship of Dr. Jayanth Kumar, President of the association.

The 30th General Body Meeting was held at 4:00 PM in the Senior Citizen Bhavan.

1. The meeting started by welcoming of members to the meeting.
2. New member Mallikarjuna Sharma was invited in to the association and he introduced himself to the association members.
3. Thirteen members have birthday in February. All the members greeted them a happy birthday.
4. The President thanked all the members for making Health Camp successful. He extended his heart-felt thanks to all the members with special thanks to the teams of Organizing committee and Games & Cultural activities committee for making the Republic day-2025 programme a grand success.
5. The nominated executive members Ch. Lakshman Goud Garu, K. K. Sharma Garu, B. Chandra Shekar Garu and G. Venkateswar Rao Garu performed oath-taking and signed the declarations in the General Body meeting.
6. The nominated Organising committee conveners P. Bhaskar Garu, Games & Cultural committee convener V. Yadaiah Garu were introduced to all the association members.
7. The nominated Advisory Board members Dr. C Manik Prabhu Garu, P. Satyanarayana Murty Garu and M. Narayana Garu were introduced to the association members.
8. Both the lottery chits were drawn; the winners in the first and second series were K. Vijay Kumar (SBI) Garu and Prakash Reddy Garu respectively.
9. The treasurer V. Venu Mohana Rao Garu presented financial report for the months January and February 2025. As per the report the income through Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) was Rs26,000.00 and the expenditure was Rs30,000.00, with a deficit of Rs4000.00.
10. The discussion continued on financial report and it was decided to use AMC only for maintenance of office such electricity bill, TV charges, small replacements and repairs as the executive committee feels necessary. For all other functions, celebrations and activities a fund has to be raised through donors or member contribution or can also look forward for sponsors.
11. The president requested the Conveners Organising Committee and Games & Cultural Committee to plan a Get-together Party with-in a reach of One-hour, in the last week of February or the first week of March 2025.
He requested them to visit the places, check the availability, possibilities, conveniences, budget estimation etc. Then call for a meeting with executive committee to finalize the programme.
12. Under the regular programme of “DOCTOR GARI SALAHALU” Dr. C. Manik Prabhu Garu explained about pains in the body at various parts and necessary exercises to eliminate or to avoid such pains.
13. Under Question hour K. Vijay Kumar Garu (Rly) raised a point of allowing the members in to the meeting hall with the footwear. The president replied that he will discuss the matter in the executive members and Advisory Board members to take an action about it.
14. The Meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks presented by General Secretary V. Narasimha Rao Garu.
